To get access, contact us and we will send you an invitation. Once you have accepted it, log in at the link below.
Maintenance and building issues
Log it in the tenant portal, or call the 24-hour help desk on 0800 123 594 or email [email protected] with your apartment number and a short description. In an emergency (fire, flooding, a security threat) call 111 first if anyone is at risk, then let us know.
